For the crostini
- 1 small sourdough bread
- 120 g aged goat cheese
- 3 –4 tbsp kimchi Ready-made or homemade
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bunch of chives
- Black pepper
- Coarse sea salt
Topping & Serving
Place the goat's cheese on top of the hot crostini, if necessary gratinate very briefly.
Pour kimchi over it.
Sprinkle with fresh chives, pepper and sea salt.
Drizzle with a little olive oil if desired and serve immediately.
