For the plate:
- 200 g Smoked salmon
- 1 fresh horseradish root
- 1 Lemon
- 1 bunch of dill
For the side dishes:
- 2 Varieties of bread e.g. rye bread and baguette
- 100 g Cream cheese
- 1 small red onion
Arrange on a platter:
Arrange the salmon in loose rosettes
Cut bread into slices
Put the cream cheese and chopped onion in small bowls
Garnish with lemon wedges and dill
