For the salmon:
- 2 Salmon fillets à 150 g
- 200 g Puff pastry defrosted
- 1 Egg for coating
For the filling:
- 100 g Cream cheese
- 100 g Spinach leaves cooked, squeezed
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Salt Pepper, dill
Wrap the salmon:
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 2 rectangles.
Spoon 1 tbsp of filling onto the pastry and place the salmon fillet on top.
Wrap the pastry around the salmon and press the edges firmly.
