Cooking utensils

  • 1 Grill pan or grill rack
  • 1 Bowl for marinating
  • 1 Citrus juicer & zester
  • 1 Tweezers or pliers

Ingredients
  

Octopus

  • 400 g Cooked octopus cut into pieces
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Marinade

  • Juice & zest of one lemon
  • 1 Tbsp capers drained
  • 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • Salt Pepper

Preparation
 

Prepare the marinade:

  • Mix the lemon juice, zest, capers, parsley, oil, salt and pepper.

Grilling octopus:

  • Fry the octopus pieces in olive oil, then cover with the marinade and heat briefly.

Serve:

  • Arrange on plates, drizzle with the remaining marinade and serve warm.
