  • 1 Chopping board and knife

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Salsiccia sausages with fennel
  • 2 Fennel bulbs
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
 

Preparation:

  • Wash the fennel bulbs, remove the green parts and cut into thin slices.
  • Mix the olive oil, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Turn the fennel slices in the marinade and leave to marinate for approx. 10 minutes.

Barbecue:

  • Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium heat.
  • Place the salsiccia sausages and marinated fennel slices on the grill.
  • Grill the salsiccia for approx. 10-12 minutes, turning regularly.
  • Grill the fennel for approx. 5-7 minutes until soft and lightly browned.

Dressing:

  • Arrange the grilled salsiccia and fennel on plates and serve immediately.
