Linguine with prawns, chilli and lots of fresh coriander

In this recipe, we combine tender linguine with shrimp sautéed in olive oil, fresh chili and a generous amount of coriander.   • 1 Large pasta pot
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Chef's knife

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Linguine
  • 250 g Shrimps peeled and gutted
  • 2 fresh red chili peppers finely chopped
  • 1 bunch of fresh coriander chopped
  • 2 Garlic cloves finely diced
  • 4 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Organic lemon Juice and abrasion
  • Salt and pepper
  • 50 ml dry white wine

Preparation
 

PREPARATION:

  • Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil.
  • Wash the prawns and pat dry.
  • Deseed and finely chop the chili.
  • Finely dice the garlic.
  • Wash the coriander, shake dry and roughly chop.
  • Grate and squeeze the lemon.

COOKING STEPS:

  • Cook the linguine according to the packet instructions until al dente.
  • Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a pan.
  • Fry the prawns in it until they turn pink.
  • Add the chili and garlic and sauté briefly.
  • Deglaze with white wine and reduce briefly.
  • Add the cooked pasta straight from the water into the pan.
  • Add a sip of pasta water.

DIRECTIONS:

  • Mix everything well and season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  • Remove the pan from the heat.
  • Fold in the fresh coriander and lemon zest.
  • Serve on deep plates.
  • Serve immediately.
