Cooking utensils

  • 1 Grill or grill pan
  • 1 Chopping board and knife
  • 1 Bowl for the dip
  • 1 Serving platter

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Smoked sausages z.e.g. salsiccia or bratwurst
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil

For the honey and mustard dip:

  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 EL Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
 

Prepare the sausage:

  • Cut the smoked sausages into slices approx. 2 cm thick.

Barbecue:

  • Preheat a grill pan or the grill to medium heat.
  • Brush the sausage slices with a little vegetable oil and grill on both sides for approx. 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Prepare the dip:

  • Mix the honey, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise and lemon juice well in a bowl.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve:

  • Arrange the grilled sausage slices on a serving platter and serve with the honey and mustard dip in a small bowl.
