For the salad:
- 100 g Lamb's lettuce
- 1 Apple diced
- 50 g Walnuts roughly chopped
- 2 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the goat's cheese:
- 150 g Goat cheese in slices
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 Egg whisked
- 1 Tbsp breadcrumbs
Prepare the salad:
Wash and dry the lamb's lettuce thoroughly.
Add the diced apple and walnuts.
Season with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
Prepare the goat's cheese:
Coat the goat's cheese in flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
Fry in a pan with a little oil until golden brown.
Serve on the salad.
