Ingredients
  

For the salad:

  • 100 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 1 Apple diced
  • 50 g Walnuts roughly chopped
  • 2 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the goat's cheese:

  • 150 g Goat cheese in slices
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1 Egg whisked
  • 1 Tbsp breadcrumbs

Preparation
 

Prepare the salad:

  • Wash and dry the lamb's lettuce thoroughly.
  • Add the diced apple and walnuts.
  • Season with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.

Prepare the goat's cheese:

  • Coat the goat's cheese in flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
  • Fry in a pan with a little oil until golden brown.
  • Serve on the salad.
