This lamb’s lettuce with apple and walnuts, garnished with roasted goat’s cheese, offers a wonderful combination of fresh and nutty flavors. The crunchy lamb’s lettuce complements the sweetness of the apple and the savory taste of the goat’s cheese perfectly. The walnuts add a pleasant texture and additional nuances of flavor. This combination is not only visually appealing, but also a treat for the palate. With a well-chosen wine, this dish becomes an experience.
