Ingredients
  

For the plate:

  • 200 g Smoked salmon
  • 1 fresh horseradish root
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 bunch of dill

For the side dishes:

  • 2 Varieties of bread e.g. rye bread and baguette
  • 100 g Cream cheese
  • 1 small red onion

Preparation
 

Prepare the horseradish:

  • Peel the horseradish and grate fresh
